What is your minimum order amount?

No minimum order amount required unless delivery/postage is required. Charges will then be applied accordingly.

Do you deliver on the same day that we place an order?

Generally 24hrs is required- however we will do our best to deliver on the same day if items are available. Just had a baby and in hospital, we will come to you!

Is your baby equipment cleaned before hire?

All equipment once returned is professionally cleaned immediately. Also refreshed upon going out.

When will I receive my items?

Items will be received once full payment is received or appropriate paperwork is completed.

Where do we deliver?

Delivery to all areas of Darwin region. Delivery is to be advised an additional fees applied

Do you charge for delivery and collection of hire items?

Delivery and pick up of items might be charged a fee accordingly.

When do I pay for my items?

All items must be paid for in full before receiving, otherwise paperwork completed for payment plan.

What if there is a problem with my hire items?

Any issues with your hire items must be reported immediately so we can act accordingly and provide a solution.
